GeoTransformation Tool is a
stand alone executable designed to transform LIDAR point clouds into different
coordinate systems. The input and output file formats are user defined. Double
precision coordinates, such as UTM, can be truncated to single precision for use
in programs that can not handle double precision coordinates.
